The brief
Ever heard of a princess chair? Nope, neither had we until this beauty came along. A princess chair isn’t a throne for the Cinderellas of the world. It’s actually an old-school, bed-like contraption that unwittingly causes a host of health problems for our golden oldies, not to mention manual handling injuries for support workers. Once upon a time, two nurses embarked on a mission to find a better solution – only it didn’t exist – so they made a chair from scratch, calling it Suantha™. And then it was time to welcome Suantha™ to the world.
The hustle
STORYMKR came to the party with a fantabulous 360 content marketing strategy across digital, print and social media – Gannt charts galore! We mapped out a solid content plan to bring the brand to life, creating a consistent narrative by sharing the stories of the protagonist and their quest to find a better approach to ageing.
The result
We crafted content to share the Suantha™ story through purposeful imagery, text and videography so customers could picture themselves in a situation where they, or a loved one, might require a high support chair. A picture’s worth a thousand words, after all. We built a search-optimised website and created a LinkedIn profile from scratch. We designed and wrote a brochure documenting the history of Suantha™, from concept to care, plus a sales flyer for roadshows. We made a demo video and a longer production to tell the journey of the chair, coordinated a product and lifestyle photoshoot and orchestrated a PR plan. The result was an authentic narrative about a life-changing innovation.
